NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE MEMBERS OF THE
DALLAS FRIDAY GROUP (THE ASSOCIATION)

December 9, 2024

Notice is hereby given to the members of the Association that a meeting of the members of the Association will be held on December 9, 2024, at noon Central time, at Arlington Hall, during the scheduled monthly event for the purpose of electing the directors and officers of the Association.

In accordance with the Amended and Restated Articles of Association and Bylaws of the Association, the Nominating Committee and the Board of Directors of the Dallas Friday Group are pleased to nominate the following directors and slate of officers to serve effective January 1, 2025, for the terms set forth below:

New Directors

Gabriella Pate, Director, Federal & Community Relations, University of Texas at Dallas - 1st term, ending 12/31/2027

Jason Meyer, President, Cooksey Communications - 1st term, ending 12/31/2027

Stacie Adams, Chief Executive Officer, Business Council for the Arts - 1st term, ending 12/31/2027
